Garrett Beserra is a Colorado native and has experienced, first hand, the rapid growth of the Denver Metro area over the past 30 years. Growing up in south Denver, which his parents still call home, he has become very familiar with the surrounding neighborhoods and each area’s intrinsic values. Garrett graduated from Regis University with a degree in marketing. His degree has become a valuable asset to help him understand what is required to reach the right customers to sell your home. It is also the reason he joined Liv Sotheby’s. The marketing power behind the Sotheby’s name and the services they provide are next to none as they are the premier brokerage in Denver, Colorado, and the world.
Before Garrett joined Liv Sotheby’s, he worked with the brokerage Come on Home Colorado and split his time working as project manager for a Denver developer. In this role, he learned the process of building residential homes from the ground up. This has allowed him to understand the process, timing, and contracts builders use. He still maintains a close relationship with the developer as he lists some of their properties. Garrett also worked for Travelers Haven, a short-term housing company, and provided services in relocation. This position helped him understand rental markets throughout the United States, most importantly Denver.
Garrett purchased his own home in the Lower Highlands (LoHi) neighborhood in 2015 and bought his second home in Sunnyside as an investment in early 2018. His clients, who are also buying and selling in LoHi, Sunnyside, and the surrounding Denver Metro neighborhoods, benefit from his strong grasp of these areas.
Throughout Garrett’s professional life, he has asked questions and listened with intent, to understand his mentors’ and customers’ thoughts, lessons, and preferences. Garrett leverages these skills to provide his customers with the best possible service. Combined with his ability to analyze problems and generate solutions that address his client’s needs and preferences, Garrett connects his customers with a home that not only meets their needs, but is also the best overall investment for their future.
Working out at the gym, running half marathons, and hiking are some of Garrett’s favorite ways to recharge and enjoy the beauty of Colorado. He also loves the New York Yankees, the CU Buffaloes, and is a season ticket holder of the Denver Broncos.
